Sad
I think breastfeeding may be coming to an end. I am pretty upset about this as I have tried and tried to breastfeed and even still had to supplement with formula. I'm not eating anything differently and today Cayden flat out ~refused~ to feed off me, even though it was obvious there was milk there. I'll see how things go tomorrow and the net day and go from there.

That happened with my daughter, one day she just gave up breastfeeding. I switched her to formula much earlier than I would have wanted to but it's all turned out okay. And they do say any amount of breastfeeding is beneficial. Hang in there!
